There are a Huge selection of beaches in West Wales which can be used for Boat Trips, Canoeing, Sailing, Wind Surfing, Kite Surfing, Power Kiting, Swimming and Fishing. Beaches Include Cwmtydu, Llangrannog, Penbryn, Tresaith, Aberporth, Mwnt, Poppit, Ceibwr Bay, Newport Sands, Newport Parrog

Cenarth Falls

The Teifi River is another great place for Water Sports. Competitions are held at Cenarth Falls and it's possible to Canoe from Llechryd through Cardigan to Poppit Beach

Walking in West Wales

Walking is probably the most popular activity in West Wales due to the Ceredigions coastal path, but there are hundreds of inland walks that are well worth a look.

There's is a popular Theatre in Cardigan called Theatr Mwldan which has a constant stream of Art, Film and Theatre. Performances are also held in St Dogmaels Cathedral during the summer months.
