The Teifi River is another great place for Water Sports. Competitions are held at Cenarth Falls and it's possible to Canoe from Llechryd through Cardigan to Poppit Beach |
Canoes can be Hired from Heritage Canoes at the Wildlife Centre and from Heritage Canoes by Cardigan Bridge |

Walking is probably the most popular activity in West Wales due to the Ceredigions coastal path, but there are hundreds of inland walks that are well worth a look. |
There's is a popular Theatre in Cardigan called Theatr Mwldan which has a constant stream of Art, Film and Theatre. Performances are also held in St Dogmaels Cathedral during the summer months. |
